My wife and I have used Hide & Seek twice for our home inspections and can not say enough about their exceptional service, professionalism, knowledge and customer service. Jon does every inspection as if it was for his own house and family. He is always on time, in fact both times, he was early and already had the exterior and roof inspected by time we arrived. Jon will take his time to kindly explain and go over everything he finds, as well as take pictures of all the recommended/required repairs and safety concerns which is a huge plus for us new home owners. Chloe is fantastic, she's extremely helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. We had a issue with the seller's not having the heat installed in time for our inspection. When I called Chloe, I was a bit nervous since I found this out the evening before our inspection. I assumed this was going to be a real problem but I couldn't have been more wrong!! Hide & Seek's home inspection includes the radon testing which takes a couple days, so on the day they went to pick up the radon container, Chloe simply had the heat tested then to complete our home inspection, without having to reschedule or pay any additional fees! I could write a novel about how overly satisfied and impressed we are with Donofrio Inspections. Jonathan went above and beyond all our expectations! His inspection was very thorough, with pictures indicating all necessary repairs and safety concerns. He took the time to explain everything in laymens terms, so I could relate as well as showed me how to operate such systems as the wood burning stove, the central air and heating systems, the hot water heater, I learned so many useful tips and tricks as well as what is a major problem and what's a minor one. If we would have bought this house it would have been a nightmare, we would have lost thousands of dollars on serious long term repairs!! We used Donofrio for our post-purchase inspection. Brandon and his partner did an amazing job, working together to thoroughly cover the house inside and out. While we were there, they pointed out some key areas to pay attention to in the future, as well as some current issues. Throughout, they were professional and courteous, explaining what they were doing and why. If there was something in particular that might not translate well to the inspection report, they showed it to us and explained the issue comprehensively. The inspection report that we received covered all the details that they explained to us, as well as providing photos of everything they inspected. It covered, in detail, the items that needed more immediate attention and those that were things to keep an eye on. They also include a recommended maintenance schedule for equipment and the structure. Overall, we were very happy with Donofrio and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home purchase or just wanting to know what kind of attention their home needs.

We were recommend Donofrio & Associates from our realtor to do our home inspection. We went with them due to their many positive reviews and are so glad to add to that number. Matthew was our home inspector today and at the very start he walked us through the process and every step of the home inspection and allowed us to ask any questions up front. He never once got annoyed when we shadowed him and followed him around as he did his inspection. In fact, any time we were right there he would just talk out loud explaining every step of what he was doing. We feel we got to know our new home very well in those few hours. He pointed out all of the issues he would be reporting to us and explained everything to us in detail and answered any concerns we had about the issues. You could tell he gave his honest opinion and wanted to make sure this place was a safe good home. Honestly, it felt like I was doing this home inspection with my dad. We felt taken care of and are now so excited to move into our new home!

Our experience with Donofrio & Associates and Johnny Flamish as the inspector was seamless from start to finish! Jonathan was awesome to work with. We used Hide and Seek for a home inspection and Jonathan found many things troubling and dangerous in regards to structure and building codes. Based on his findings we did not purchase the home. Fast forward a few weeks and we call Hide and Seek to inspect another home. Once again Jonathan was punctual, professional, observant, communicative, and went the extra mile to make sure we understood what issues he had discovered. We are in the process of purchasing this home.
